Refund policy
Return eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Standard products must be unused, unopened, properly stored, and in their original packaging with all product seals intact. An order number or proof of purchase is required.
Opened products and custom-manufactured or specially formulated products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. These exclusions do not prevent you from reporting damaged, defective, unsafe, or incorrect products.
Requesting a return
Contact support@rojasgrowth.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your request.
If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send products back before receiving authorization.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact support@rojasgrowth.com promptly if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number, product lot number, and photographs when available.
Do not use products with compromised seals or suspected contamination. Retain the product and packaging until we provide instructions. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, including applicable shipping costs, when the issue is confirmed.
Exchanges
Contact us before placing a replacement order so we can help determine the appropriate return or replacement process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an authorized return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved return refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner where required by law. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@rojasgrowth.com.
Refunds for orders canceled because we cannot ship within the promised timeframe follow our Shipping Policy and applicable legal deadlines; they do not require a product return or inspection.
Signed agreements and legal rights
If you have a signed supply agreement with Rojas Growth LLC, its terms control where they conflict with this policy, subject to applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
